For couples who have planned most of their wedding but want professional support to ensure everything flows perfectly, our Month-of Coordination package provides guidance, organization, and on-the-day management. We step in about six weeks before your wedding to refine details, coordinate with vendors, and handle logistics, so you can enjoy your celebration worry-free.

Our Month-of Coordination includes:

• All services from the Day-of Coordination package – including timeline creation, rehearsal direction, vendor management, and on-site day-of coordination.

• Vendor communication beginning six weeks prior – we touch base with all vendors, confirm arrival times, deliveries, and final details, and act as the main point of contact so you don’t have to worry about follow-ups.

• Final guest count management – we collect RSVP updates, reconcile final guest numbers, and provide accurate counts to caterers, venues, and rentals.

• Layout and floor plan support – guidance for the ceremony and reception spaces, including seating charts, table arrangements, and traffic flow for guests.

• Customized timeline and planning checklist – we create a detailed schedule covering vendor arrivals, ceremony timing, photo sessions, and reception flow to keep everything on track.

• Venue walkthrough and logistics review – we visit the venue to verify setup plans, décor placement, and timing for all wedding events.

• Lead planner + assistant on the wedding day – our team is on-site to manage vendors, oversee setup, handle issues discreetly, and keep the day running smoothly from start to finish.
